Sun & Co, nestled in the historic old town of Jávea, Spain, was my very first co-living experience.
I had no idea what to expect.
What I found was a colorful mix of people from all over the world — each bringing their own rhythm, energy, and perspective. Some loved the cozy house and relaxed after work, while others (like me) were out the door exploring as soon as the laptop closed.
We went on hikes, strolled through local farmers markets, shared tapas by the sea, and cooked warm “family dinners” every Wednesday. And in between all the fun? We worked — focused, inspired, and incredibly supported.
What surprised me most was the professional exchange that naturally unfolded.
We weren’t just sharing space — we were sharing ideas.
We had Monday planning sessions, spontaneous brainstorms, Skillshares, masterminds, round tables, and one-on-one chats on everything from business to mindset. You could always lean across the table and ask, “Can I get your thoughts on this?” — and someone would show up for you.
Some days we worked from beach cafés or rooftops. Others, we squeezed in a gym session or cycled the promenade. We balanced the hustle with yoga at sunset or quiet chats over wine on the terrace. It was work-life integration at its best.
Like so many others before me, I left — inspired, changed, and also… reflective.
We often post the pretty stuff — the dinners, the coworking setups, the view from the rooftop.
We tag the location, the people, the vibe.
But what about the invisible things that linger?
The clarity. The growth. The way we hold space for one another. The deep connection built in a short amount of time.
We don’t talk about those enough.
I’m putting together a new blog post that highlights different voices and experiences from within the co-living community.
If you’ve ever stayed in a co-living space — as a digital nomad, remote worker, creative, freelancer, founder, or even a short-term guest — I want to hear from you. Whether you loved it, hated it, or felt a mix of both.
You can stay anonymous or be featured with your name and socials — your choice.
There are no right or wrong answers — just your real experience.
The post will take an interview-style format and explore:
It’s a way to gather insights, spark conversation, and inspire others who might be on the fence about trying it themselves. 🌍
👉 You pick a scenario that matches your co-living journey
👉 Each one has just 5 short questions
👉 At the end, you can opt to get notified once the post goes live
(It takes less than 5 minutes.)
In Jávea, I met people who were between jobs, between cities, or between versions of themselves.
Some came to recharge, others to build something new, and some — just to be around people again.
We cooked, worked, journaled, danced. And somehow, that old house — with its peeling tiles and salty breeze — held space for all of it.
As more of us live, work, and wander around the world, co-living isn’t just a trend.
It’s a new kind of home — built on presence, intention, and connection.
Let’s reflect on that together.
Thanks for being part of this. 💛
I can’t wait to read your story.
And if you’re curious about co-living, remote work setups, or want to chat all things email—reach out. I'd love to hear your story too.
